What we do with what you send us.
- Who holds it. Viberant Ltd, 73 Metochiou Street, Office 102, Consulco Building, 2407 Engomi, Nicosia, Cyprus. Questions and requests: info@viberantcorp.com.
- What we collect. Only what the enquiry form asks for: your name, your company, your email address and a revenue range. Nothing else, and no account is created.
- Why. To reply to your enquiry and decide together whether a business review makes sense. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share your details.
- On what basis. Our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you sent us, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can object at any time and we will stop.
- How long. Twenty-four months from your last contact with us, unless we begin working together, in which case the engagement terms govern it. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted.
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing altogether. Email us and we will answer within one month.
If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus, or to the supervisory authority where you live. If you are in Quebec, Law 25 rights apply in addition and we will honour them.
